Yoast SEO Settings

Hello, Just installed the latest free version of Yoast SEO.
I use the latest WordPress and I use LAYERS and Child theme from Scrollex
Strangely I can’t access the SEO settings such
-Titles& Metadata
-Social
-XML Setting
-Advanced
-Tools
Each time I try I have this message
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page
What I doing wrong ?
I am the administrator
Is this because I Use Layers?
Please assist me

    Hi there,
    This error is not caused by Layers – Layers does not modify any access to WordPress menu items or plugins beyond its own menu item.

    First, try these basic troubleshooting tips:

    If issues persist, please try deactivating the child theme temporarily. If that solves it, please get in touch with the author via Themeforest to report the conflict.
