Woothemes Pay with Amazon for Woocommerce – Checkout Template Unuseable

Asked on October 30, 2015 in Troubleshooting.

I’d really like to integrate Amazon Payments for my Woocommerce store using layers and storekit. I’ve installed the Woothemes amazon payments plugin but layers styling is screwing up the checkout page making this plugin (and possibly amazon payments for me unusable with layers).  See the resulting page attached, this page should have 2 columns side by side. the problem is not the amazon widgets but the column layout from layers and the create account option at the bottom of the first column.

See checkout page here

Because this page is using the checkout page template its a difficult thing to fix without consequences elsewhere.

Any suggestions how I can fix?

    Hi there,

Neither Layers or Storekit attempts to change your checkout page and is not loading any custom template for it. We can’t test Layers against all plugins or extensions for WooCommerce, so there are going to be situations where you need to customize the 3rd party plugin to work with your site. In the case of payment gateways, they attempt to inject preformed styling and CSS into your site that does not always jive.
