Why bother posting here when almost all questions go unanswered?
I purchased Layers Pro, DevKit and StoreKit last month and I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of support here.
I assumed these forums would be the best place for some level of support. Was I wrong!
First off, there’s references all over to outdated version of Layers. The top of the page references Layers 1.5 and the sidebar references Layers Release 1.6.0 dating back to Sept. 2016.
So, the devs can’t be bother to update their own forums with current information?
The worst part is all these posts dating months back with only a handful that have been answered.
I get this is a community forum but I’m shocked that the devs can’t bother to get in here and answer some of the questions…especially those that go unanswered by the community.

For the record, the documentation contained on this site is pretty detailed and goes a long way. I have been able to find solutions for every issue I have encountered, except for this one: https://docs.layerswp.com/forums/question/rte-toolbar-bug-in-chrome-5657/ As for updating the theme download links, that is quite glaring.
I also purchased premium versions of these Layers/Obox plugins and themes and I do not have access to the most recent versions in my account. I.E. Layers Pro 1.6.9 (I have the layers updater plugin).
Try messaging them directly.
