Theme check errors? can we ignore theme errors?

    • REQUIRED: The theme uses the register_taxonomy() function, which is plugin-territory functionality.

    • REQUIRED: The theme uses the register_post_type() function, which is plugin-territory functionality.

Themeforest will reject your theme if any required flags are present on your theme in the theme check.
If your child theme has custom post types, they must be introduced via a plugin and must continue to work if your child theme is deactivated.

In our child theme we are not using both functions,  but both errors coming from layerswp theme and i check it that layerswp has both errors.

Both errors coming from layerswp\core\helpers\post-types.php

Is that still a problem, becuase our theme have warning and info only.
