Overlay Band on Top of Slider

Asked on September 17, 2016 in Troubleshooting.

I am designing a new website on a local host on my computer. I have got two menus, the standard main menu and and a top menu. There is an overlay band across the top of the slider under the logo and main menu. I have attached a link to a screen shot of the line.

Any ideas how to remove this band?

    If you want to make this band transparent then

    Add this CSS code to Devkit or in the css section in customizer.

    
.header-secondary {

background: transparent;

}

    Thanks for the reply email. This CSS code removes the background color from the top menu. What I want to do id to remove the thin band under the main menu and across the full width of the slider. See the image link below
