Order of menus on mobile sidebar

Hi there, I’m trying to put a Top Right Menu on top of the Header menu on the mobile sidebar. I can not find the way to do this even thought I think I did it at first!  Is it possible? Or perhaps I imagined it?

    You can do it from child theme so that you can edit code and create new nav location for sitebar mobile menu.

    I don’t  think I explained myself well.

    The menu sidebar is fine, it is just that it lists the contents of the Header menu before it does those of the top-right hand menu, and I would like it to list top-right hand menu and then header menu.

    Is this possible? And if so, what do I have to edit? the child theme? the parent theme? which file?
