Implementing Wistia video fullscreen – no joy

Asked on February 23, 2016 in Customization.

Hey all,
First off I love working with LayersWP, it’s a really great tool.  I’m trying very hard to implement a full screen video on the homepage of a site project, using Wistia’s guide here:

http://wistia.com/blog/fullscreen-video-homepage

Why am I trying to use Wistia?
When implementing a youtube video it did not stretch (yes it was checked) vertically and horizontally.

The only module that would render the code was the text widget, but it’s bound by the container div and does not sit flush left – it words just fine except for this one issue. Is there any way to make a text widget full-width?

Thanks for your time.

    Hi there,
Right click and choose Inspect, then check for the ID of your text widget (it is unique for everyone), then look at the right column to see the default CSS it is using. To get it to sit full width, you need to reset things like padding, margins and widths.  Please provide your URL or contact us via Layers Messenger so we can be of more specific use, thanks!
