how to set One page scroller type menu in application theme
I’m new to layerswp. the issue i face is when i chose application template from layers dashboard and started to design a theme but when i tried to make a navigation of navigation menu as a scroller type its not available. somebody please help me to get through this. thanks in advance

This is outlined in the following Tutorial:
How to Use Anchor Links
If you have created a page from one of the Presets, simply go to Layers > Layers pages, click Edit Layout, and change whatever you wish. The anchor IDs of those widgets are visible in the Advanced button of each. The above explains how to create your menu, which you must do yourself since the IDs are relative to your WordPress install (ie our demo menu would not work for you)
