How to add content widget above header pages navigation bar

Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible to add a content widget above the header pages navigation bar.
This is because i want to add something like a slider on the top of the page and the pages navigation bar underneath that.

    Hi there,

    You would need a child theme that adds a new widget area before the header loads. What I recommend doing instead is just don’t set a header menu, then add a Custom Menu widget below your slider and style it to be horizontal. The first option would allow the slider to show on all pages you condition, the second would only work on Layers pages.
