How do I start a support conversation with messenger

I do not see how to initiate a support conversation with the layers messenger in word press. I click on the icon and it just says “No Conversations”

    Click on icon and leave your message and team layers will reply and you get notification on mail too.

    Nope. There is no text box to enter anything into messenger when it opens up. I have disabled all my firefox add ons and still can’t enter anything.

    Try logging in your layerswp.com account and try the messenger from there.
    when it asks you to give your email , set the same email as in your wordpress install.

    normally it should sync then in your wordpress install.
    try asking your question on the my account page first then go look if it synced.
