Adding WordPress Login/Logout/Register Buttons

I don’t see the option to add the Login/Logout or Register buttons to the header menu. How do I do that?

    Hi there,

    The easiest way is to use a plugin as this requires custom functions. If you goto Plugins > Add New search for “Login Log Out Menu” or similar and look for a plugin with a high rating with a lot of installs that has been updated recently or confirmed to work with WordPress 4.5. The following are some options (we have NOT tested these, please ask the plugin authors any questions if needed)
