Add image as background to footer – option missing?

Asked on February 24, 2016 in How To.

In this link (https://docs.layerswp.com/doc/how-to-add-images-to-the-footer/) it explains that in order to use an image as a background, you should go to FOOTER and CUSTOMIZATION and select image in the background image option. I cannot find that option on my install of Layers (V 1.2.13). Has this option been removed?

I would like to use an image to fill the background of my footer area including widget area. Please advise.

    Hi there,
That is enabled with Layers Pro

I have Pro. I still only see the option to change the background color, not the ability to place an image in the background.

Hi. I’m still looking for direction for this issue. I cannot see where there is a place to put a background image behind the footer, only a color option.

I am having this same problem. I also am using layers pro. Since this post was awhile back I will start a new question as well. If you have found a solution since then I would be very interested to hear. Thanks!
