In most cases, it is better for you to fix whatever issues are causing the sticky header to be a problem rather than disable the sticky header, as ready access to your nav menu is important to your visitors who may not want to keep scrolling back. For sites with in-page navigation where the sticky header can be disabled, you can do so easily with custom css and DevKit.
